I recently visited Unit One to view (and ultimately buy) a Kia Stinger and I was very impressed with the service I received. I was dealt with by Shane who was very helpful and made the process as easy as possible. Everything was sorted out with a minimum of fuss.One thing that really impressed me was how well presented all the cars looked. You could be forgiven for thinking they were all brand new, given the level of detailing that had been undertaken on each car with not a fingerprint or spec of dirt to be seen. Credit has to go to the detailing team who must work their socks off to do that!Ultimately I’d give these guys top marks and would happily buy from again (also they have an amazing coffee machine that does great hot chocolate!)

I purchased a 2018 BMW M2 from Unit One. I’d been looking for a particular colour/spec for a few months and they had exactly what I’d been searching for. I spoke to Neil and agreed a price over the phone. Although their property was a little difficult to find, when I arrived everything was ready to go, and the whole process took only 20 mins.A week later I did find a problem connecting to Apple CarPlay. Even though I didn’t purchase the extra warranty, Unit One were very fair in agreeing to subsidise the repair via my local main dealer.I’d definitely recommend them to a friend.

I had a really great experience with this company. After speaking to Shane on the phone, I had an appointment at my preferred time on a Saturday morning.The car is a Nisan 370z, I had been searching for around 8 months. Having seen multiple alternatives in the past, Unit One was already levels above the past dealerships.The car was immaculate and had clearly been taken very well cared for. The unit itself was both secure and indoors. After going for a test drive, the car was a done deal. I bought a 5 Series Touring from Unit One and it was a great experience from start to finish. The care and attention they take over preparing their quality stock is exceptional. All the cars are ready for sale having been professionally cleaned and detailed which really enhances the buying experience . As a result I will be using their BMW approved service centre in Cranleigh to look after the car. Quality showroom full of lovely looking motors. Really nice location with electric gates and all the cars are kept inside and no hard sell. The cars are presented very well with the detailing completed before viewing. Shane was very relaxed and helpful and I would recommend to people who like quality clean cars. We were looking for a car to replace an absolute workhorse that had served us well for nearly 10 years.We were looking for an Audi Q5 and UnitOne had a few to choose from.Shane met us and casually explained all the details of the car offering us oversight of certain aspects of the car.We left then we’re due to come back and test drive the car we liked. The most relaxed way to buy a car is to buy from Unit One. We had looked for our car and travelled all over, one was still on the website eventhough it was sold in Feb, we tried 3 big chain dealerships which all felt a bit rushed, but after we spoke to Shane we felt at ease, when my husband went for the initial appointment, the car was ready parked in the middle to look at. It’s in immaculate condition. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, eventhough we got a box of sweets and a key chain (bouns). I purchased a BMW from Unit One in early summer of this year. I normally buy from main dealer outlets, but after a particularly bad experience with the Audi dealership in Nottingham a few years back, I decided to this time, look to other sources for my next vehicle.From start to finish the buying process with Unit One was a pleasure. Chris Woods was my main point of contact and was helpful at all times. I received a fair price for my trade in and the car I bought was at an equally good price. On arrival at Unit One, (I had agreed terms etc. by phone and hadn’t actually seen the car until the day of collection) the car was exactly as described and had been valeted to the highest standard.Four months on, I am very happy with the car. One very minor point was the bespoke BMW audio/sat nav manual was missing, but when I brought this to the attention of Chris, I received a new replacement manual by post, without delay. Everything else has been faultless.Very rare that I write any sort of review – either good or bad! – but positive praise for Unit One is to me, very much warrented.

Visited Unit One yesterday to view a Mini for sale. From the moment we arrived, Graham and Chris were professional and welcoming. We were able to browse the spacious and well presented showroom and take our time to look at the car properly without any pressure to make a purchase. Graham was available to answer any questions we had, and he was very knowledgeable about the car’s history. After taking the car for a test drive, the sale was agreed. When trying to tax the vehicle, we realised this would need to be done in person at a post office due the vehicle only having had one owner since new back in 2010 (so the log book was on the old system). Chris drove me all the way into Horsham to get this done, which really is beyond the call of duty. Thank you Graham and Chris for a thoroughly enjoyable car buying experience! Highly recommend!

I have seen cars advertised at Unit One Automotive before. They always seem well specified and have a great range of cars.I spotted exactly the car you l was looking for this time and rang and spoke to a Christian. I found him very easy to talk to and was very helpful.When I visited I was really impressed with the dealership. All the cars are inside and beautifully prepared and presented. You can tell the cars are hand picked rather than just bought at auction like a lot of dealerships.It was a real pleasure to purchase a vehicle and such a great experience. Found Unit One Automotive on Auto Trader when looking for cars and their pictures and condition of the cars adverts really appealed to me so dropped in to have a look around and they were very welcoming. A lovely showroom and building and the cars were prepped beautifully. For someone with OCD, this means a lot to me and I went in there looking at one car and ended up buying another one and much of the decision was based on how lovely the team prep and look after their cars.We were welcomed by Christian who was welcoming and very knowledgeable and honest. He was really friendly and a joy to buy a car from and very professional.I came back the next day to drive the car which again was a great and friendly experience and after putting a deposit on my car, they kept the car for a week until I could collect it.Each time I visited I felt welcomed and like a VIP. I have bought cars before from other dealers and have looked at other cars from main dealers but nothing matched the experience I had with Unit One.The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and I could not recommend them anymore. The amount of work and dedication they take to prep the cars is unbelievable and you will not be disappointed with the cars or the service you receive.Christian was a joy to deal with and Graham was great to speak with too.
