1) We know the vehicle. Due to the meticulous inspection and preparation process carried out on every vehicle we purchase and sell, our preparation team and records know the vehicle, the health and status of every component better than anyone else.

2) Our Manufacturer trained technicians are qualified to work on the vehicles we sell. They know the vehicles intimately and know how important provenance is on the vehicles we select, and more importantly how important it is to keep that provenance up to date.

3) Our Service department only select and fit Original Equipment, Genuine quality parts on vehicles, regardless of whether the vehicle is in preparation, is having warranty work carried out, or has just returned to us for routine servicing or maintenance.

4)Every time we see the vehicle, we carry out a comprehensive Vehicle Heath Check, free of charge. This is our way of making sure we keep accurate records of the health and status of components on your vehicle. The check will highlight checked components as Green / Amber / Red. The colour will indicate if they are healthy and require no attention at this point in time, if they are advised as maybe requiring attention in the mid-term future to requiring immediate attention.

5)Every time we see your vehicle, we give it and a courtesy wash and vacuum. If your vehicle has been protected with a GEN-3 ceramic coating when it was purchased from us (or has been protected since purchase) our wash procedures will use ceramic-safe wash techniques and products.

6)We have a fleet of courtesy cars available for your booking and to keep you mobile whilst your vehicle is with us. Please request when booking as these are of course very popular!
